How we handle your email.
Short and plain: we store your email address and use it for one thing — to let you know when Grodan is available to order.
What we collect
When you sign up to our launch list, we store your email address. Nothing else. We don't ask for your name, phone number or any other details.
Why we collect it
Solely to be able to send you a message when Grodan becomes available to order. It is one (1) mailing. We do not use your address for newsletters, marketing or anything else.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by actively submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Until Grodan has launched and the launch email has been sent, but no longer than 18 months. After that the address is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see below.
Who has access
Only the people behind Grodan. For the mailing itself we use an email provider (a data processor) within the EU/EEA under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your address with anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you (a subject access request),
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe we handle your data incorrectly.
